The best Austrian woods are the basis for our products, which are manufactured as high-pressure moulded parts using a special, permanently perfected process.

What characterises our production process:

  • Significantly higher density core material (compared to chipboard)
  • Sealing with an exceptionally high resin content
  • Board and coating are moulded in one piece under high pressure and high temperatures to form an inseparable, stable unit.

Wood delivery

Logs from the best Austrian timbers

Chipping

The logs stored on the pile are chipped using a chipper

Dehydration

Dryers remove moisture from the chips temporarily stored in silos

Glue application

Dry chips are mixed with glue and transported to the presses via conveyor systems

Pressing

First, a blank is produced, which is pressed in the hot press with resin-coated papers to form the finished product

Laboratory

Physical product properties are continuously monitored (e.g. measurement of density, swelling and scratch resistance tests)

Finishing process

The edges are milled and a thorough final inspection is carried out

Storage & Delivery

Finished products are stored in our picking hall until delivery, then securely packed and dispatched to over 50 countries worldwide
