Top quality Austrian woods are used to manufacture compression-moulded pieces in a special high-pressure process which is subject to constant fine-tuning.

What defines our production process:

  • Significantly greater compression of the core material (compared to chipboard)
  • Sealing with an exceptionally high resin content
  • The panel and coating are compression-moulded in one piece under high pressure and high temperatures to create an inseparable, stable whole

Wood supply

Premium-quality Austrian logs

Chipping

The logs are stored on piles and a chipper machine is then used to cut them down into woodchip

Drying

Dryers remove the moisture from the woodchip which is stored in silos in the meantime

Gluing

The dried woodchip is mixed with glue and transported to the pressing machine via a conveyor

Pressing

First of all, a wooden blank is created which is then compressed with resinated paper in the hot press to form the finished product

Laboratory

The physical product characteristics are subject to constant checks (e.g. measurement of density and swelling and scratch resistance testing)

Finishing

The edges are milled and careful final checks are carried out

Storage & delivery

Finished products are stored in our commissioning hall until they are ready for delivery. They are then securely packed and sent out to over 50 countries worldwide
